The ICANN 79 Community Forum took place between 2 and 7 March in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The meeting had a strong implementation focus. The Registration Data Policy and DNS Abuse contract amendments both received focus, with effective dates imminent. The RDRS as a recently implemented initiative was also a topic of discussion, with the community intent on problem solving any early issues. The work for the next round of new gTLDs continued in various streams.
