The forthcoming ICANN meeting in Hamburg (running from the 21st to the 26th October) will mark the organization’s 25th Annual General Meeting. With the news in August that ICANN is working to a timeline of Q2 in 2026 for the application window of the next new gTLD round, stakeholders will gather in Germany to discuss the process, the timeline and what could happen between now and the start of the application process.
